Zone 4: No Call-out Fee
Our home patch. An engineer comes to you with no call-out fee — you pay a £15 booking deposit, and it comes off your final repair bill in full. Mail-in and drop-off are free.
Zone 3: Standard Call-out
An engineer comes to you, usually the same day when a slot is open. A flat £15 travel fee applies here and is not taken off the repair bill. No fix, no fee still covers the repair itself. Mail-in and drop-off are free. Covers Watford, Enfield, Harrow, Wembley, Camden and Islington.
Zone 2: Greater London
The rest of Greater London. You pay a £15 travel deposit to book, and any extra travel for the distance is worked out and added to your final invoice — you see it before you approve the work. Mail-in and drop-off are free.
✉️Zone 1: Nationwide Mail-in
Any UK postcode outside Greater London. Post your laptop to our central workshop with a free prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label, insured up to £500.
