AI & AUTOMATION
You hear it answer a call before any customer does. Then it takes the calls you miss, chases the invoices you forget, and answers the same question for the hundredth time. From £850.
Hosting, monitoring and answered minutes are included — pick the volume your business actually takes.
A knowledge chatbot starts at £850, workflow automation at £1,200, a data dashboard at £1,600, and custom AI software at £4,000. The AI receptionist is a monthly plan instead, from £129 a month, with a one-off £299 setup that covers your number, your script and voice, and the calendar and CRM wiring.
To Google, as our processor under a data processing agreement, and it is processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates. That is written in our privacy notice in the same words. On the tier we currently use, the provider may use conversation content to improve their own services — so if what you would type is confidential, phone or email us instead. We would rather say that plainly than let you find out later.
It is built not to. It answers from your own material rather than from general knowledge, and when it does not have the answer it stops and hands over — either to a person or by taking details for a callback. An assistant that guesses confidently is worse than no assistant, because you only find out when a customer acts on it.
For the AI receptionist, typically two to four weeks from the first conversation — most of which is us learning your business and you testing what we built. For chatbots and automation it depends on how much material there is to work from, so the date is set once we have seen it.
Instantly, and permanently. Call forwarding goes back to how it was and the plan is monthly with no minimum term. Nothing about this locks you in, which is deliberate — a tool you can leave is one you can try.
In practice it takes the work nobody wanted: the calls at 8pm, the third time someone asks the same question, the details being retyped into a second system. What it does not do is judgement. If a job needs a person, it is built to get one.
Describe the task that keeps eating your week. If AI is the wrong tool for it, we will tell you that instead of selling you one.
