Will callers know it is not a person?

Some will, some will not. We do not pretend otherwise — the agent introduces itself as your virtual assistant. In practice most callers care far more about getting an answer at 8pm than about who gave it.

What happens if it cannot answer something?

What if I go over the included minutes?

Extra minutes are charged at £0.35 each and shown on your invoice. If you are consistently over, we will tell you and move you to the tier that costs you less.

What does the £299 setup fee cover?

Provisioning your number, training the agent on your services and prices, tuning the voice and script until it sounds like your business, and wiring it into your calendar and CRM. It is charged once, on your first invoice, and does not repeat.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes. Your number stays with your provider — calls are forwarded to the agent under rules you set, such as after three rings, out of hours, or only when the line is busy.

How long until it is live?

Typically two to four weeks from the first conversation, most of which is us learning your business and you testing what we built.

Can I turn it off?

Instantly, and permanently. Call forwarding goes back to how it was, and plans are monthly with no minimum term.
