Questions people ask about the plans
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. There is no minimum term, no exit fee and no notice period to serve. You keep the cover you have paid for until the end of that month.
Is there anything to pay up front?
Only on the AI receptionist, which carries a one-off £299 setup — that pays for provisioning your number, training the agent on your services and prices, and wiring it into your calendar and CRM. Every other plan is the monthly price and nothing else. No joining fee, no charge for setting the plan up.
What if I outgrow the plan I picked?
Move up whenever you like and the change applies from the next invoice. If you are consistently using more than your tier includes, we will tell you — being on the wrong plan usually costs you more than moving.
Can I change plan or pause it?
Changing is immediate through the customer portal. Pausing is not something we offer as a button, but tell us what is happening and we will work something out rather than lose you over a month.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details — they go straight to Stripe, and your invoices and payment method live in the portal where you can change them yourself.
What is not included?
Each plan lists what it covers, and anything outside that is quoted before it happens rather than appearing on an invoice. Hardware, third-party licences and anything that needs a visit to your address are the usual ones — a plan is cover, not a blank cheque, and pretending otherwise just moves the argument to the end of the month.
